K-12th Grade Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Job - Lawrence, KS
We are currently hiring a full-time SLPA to work across K–12 grade levels in Lawrence, KS. The school district provides direct supervision from a licensed SLP, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work with students of various ages and developmental levels
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Maintain progress notes and assist in data collection
- Participate in team meetings as needed
- Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLPA license in the state of Kansas
- Comfortable working with students across multiple grade levels
- Strong organizational and communication skills
