iLearn Engineering is a UK based online engineering college providing a diverse range of accredited online engineering courses across all the major engineering disciplines. We offer online engineering courses and qualifications at levels 4, 5 and 6 aligned to the Framework for Higher Education in the UK.
We operate asynchronous learning allowing students to work in their own time and pace, via bite-size learning steps utilising a combination of reading, videos and worked examples.
Due to our expansion we are now seeking an experienced Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Tutor.
About the Job
No formal class teaching required, however a small amount of remote one to one student support will be expected via email, telephone or video call.
- The role will require you to provide the following activities:
- Developing new course Unit Specifications
- Developing New Course Learning Material
- Developing new assignments
- Marking assignments
- Providing remote individual tutorial support when requested
- Updating and refining existing learner material, resources and assignments
- We are looking for candidates that have experience teaching/assessing in further/higher education institutes in the following engineering disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Aerospace
- General Engineering

About the Right Candidate
- You MUST have:
- experience teaching either Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering either at at college or university
- an engineering Bachelor's degree or higher degree
