- Have previously led or supported task force or multi-property initiatives.

- Excel at building client relationships and developing high-performing sales strategies.
- Can quickly assess new markets and drive immediate impact.
- Are skilled in sales systems like CI/TY and Delphi.
- Love coaching and supporting property teams through transitions and new openings.
- Enjoy consistent travel and live in a city with a major airport hub nearby.
