- As a Senior Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing a range of digital marketing tactics, including SEM/PPC, Digital Publications, and LinkedIn Advertising, to achieve our revenue and lead generation goals.
- You'll leverage cutting-edge marketing systems like SEMrush, Google Ads and Hotjar to analyze, monitor, and report data, ultimately driving website traffic and increasing conversion rates for our Business Development and Marketing teams.

- Utilize platforms like SEMRush and Google Ads to research opportunities for digital marketing improvements and campaign optimization.
- Conduct keyword research to boost traffic and suggest optimizations for page titles.
- Maintain first-page placement for relevant Google searches and ensure keyword optimization on blogs and the website.
- Execute and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., digital publications, social media) to target qualified leads, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Provide recommendations on adjusting marketing spend based on performance.
- Manage all website development projects, ensuring timelines are met and best practices for SEO, layout, CTAs, and metadata are implemented in collaboration with content, design, and development teams.
- Monitor webpage performance and suggest improvements to enhance site performance, search rank, and domain authority.
- Monitor the corporate website for best practices and report on analytics.
- Run reports from Google Analytics and Salesforce to identify traffic sources and customer pathways.
- Utilize WordPress for content, image, and metadata updates to increase lead visibility.
- Manage web tracking systems like Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze traffic trends.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Communications.
- 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- 2+ years of experience with CRM Marketing tools such as Salesforce or Marketo.
- Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords certificate.
- Proactive, self-starter, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and able to manage multiple project deadlines under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a curious mindset always seeking to learn and self-improve.
- Solid understanding of marketing campaign elements and brand guidelines.
