Position Overview
The Referral Agent is responsible for generating new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones. The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong referral network to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential referral partners to expand the network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster referrals.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and leads to understand their needs.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote services and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners through various channels.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with referrals to maximize mutual benefits.
- Monitor and track referral performance and client retention metrics.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to network and build relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and referral tracking systems.
